A few weeks ago we went out with our good friends Amy and Josh. We went down to the beach and ate at the Crab Shack. After dinner we wondered around Balboa Island enjoying frozen Bananas and beautiful homes.

Here's Amy and I in front of one of the amazing little beach houses on the Island. All the homes are unique and different, this one had a whole bunch of goofy statues out in front. We even picked out our future homes where we will live when we are both National Sales Directors for Mary Kay and the Boys can retire on us!
When you come to Balboa you have to stop for a Balboa bar or our favorite a frozen Banana. They are so good! Probably my favorite dessert of all time. Just a heads up, they only take cash at these little places so be sure you come prepared. We did not realize that and just barley scrounged up enough cash for our dessert. By the way we totally embarrassed the boys with these! Yummmmm!!
