We had Jackson and Melissa over for dinner the other night and we decided that you have to have Strawberry Shortcake at least once every summer. YUMMM!!! It must be made with Biquick and it's even better with homemade whipped cream!!! Soooo good!!!
Later we all played the Wii. Melissa and I ended up watching more than playing but what else is new?!?

Strawberry shortcake . . . oops, somehow I forgot to make that all summer! However, I grew up with angel food cake instead of the bisquick.
I know, a lot of people love the angelfood option! I don't have anything against angel food cake but I LOVE my bisquick!!!
