Sarah and Company

It's simply amazing to think that Sarah has 3 kids already and what's even more amazing than that is how fast they grow.

Noah and Sarah

Noah and Josh
Noah apparently loves the cell phone and he had Josh's phone all night.  He was so cute!  He would walk around and then stumble down but before he even finished standing up he would have the phone back to his ear as if to say "don't worry I'm still here!"
Abigail
Caitlin

The girls have discovered digital cameras and the fact that they can see the pictures right away.  But they were so funny because they would see pictures of themselves and think it was their sister.

A Night Out With the Girls

It was great to get as many of us girls together as we could the other night.  We missed you Cara and Amy!  We started with dinner at Taco Loco in the Village, a must at least once while you are AG.  Then we went to visit Sarah and her family who were only in town for one night.  That worked out well!!  Then we kidnapped Marion and ended up at Chili's for drinks.  We had so much fun catching up, we just wish it could happen more often.

The Paines

It was so much fun getting to see Christine, Jason and Josiah over Christmas.  He is growing so fast and is just too cute.  The Paines live in Hong Kong which means we hardly get to see them but thanks to the wonderful world of blogging I feel so much more in touch.  I have fun watching Josiah grow through the fun pictures they post.  There's nothing like seeing them in person though, I just didn't want to let him go!!  To catch up more on the Paines just click on their link at the side of this blog.

We decided that our parents can never move because it is so easy to get together during the holidays.  I am pretty sure it shouldn't be a problem, I don't think either family is going anywhere any time soon!
My favorite thing about getting together with Christine is her bubbly personality that just never changes.  She is one of the cheeriest people that I have ever known and God's Joy just shines through her.  I always hope that just a little bit of her zest for life will rub off on me!

Christmas Morning

We spent Christmas Day at my parents house.  We had a great day of gifts, coffee cake and laughter.  I think that the coffee cake will always be my favorite part of Christmas.  It is so delicious, I can never eat too much of it and it tastes the same every year.  We always sing Happy Birthday to Jesus before we eat it too.  It's my favorite tradition for sure.  It was great being home with my family, we really had a lot of fun.
Ok, I confess, this was more like the afternoon for me...  Anyway, apparently my Dad thought this ribbon looked better on my head than what ever gift it came on.
I had no idea what to get Andy but I think he was really pleased with my choice.
My Mom always compliments this cute little ducky I have in the yard so I was very excited to find her one of her own.
The year of the Blue Tooth... I am sure at least one person in every family got one this Christmas.

Buddy really liked his gift.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was spent with the Ambrose family this year.  We went to church with my family as well and then came home for some presents and delicious Chocolate pie.  We also opened gifts, here is Josh trying to set up Matt's new phone.  We are all just hoping that this means he might call us again!! ; )

Matt and Erik
Apparently what ever Josh wrote on Matt's card was really funny!

The Christmas Program

Although it was a loooootttt of work, our school Christmas program turned out wonderful and was a lot of fun.  The kids really came together and did an awesome job!!  It was really fun to be a part of a true Christmas Program.  This was the first one the school has done since I have been there.  It took weeks of practice but it was all totally worth it.  Below you see the kids doing the ribbon routine.  This was my big contribution to the program.  I also helped choreography one for the Spring Program last year.  This is something I never saw myself doing but have had so much fun with.  The kids did such a great job, they made me so proud!!

Merry Christmas from Josh, Heidi, Buddy and Boo
